1. What kind of musky gear do you sell? We focus on the essentials that actually catch fish: hand-tied bucktails, glide baits, topwater walkers, jerkbaits, and heavy-duty fluorocarbon and braided line. We also carry a few rods and reels that are tough enough for the brutal pulls of a big musky, plus leaders and snap swivels that will not fail when it matters.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside the US and really want some of our gear, reach out and we might be able to point you to a local dealer.
3. What are my shipping options and how long will it take? We offer Standard shipping, which takes 7-14 business days and costs $15. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days before dispatch. So, from the time you order, expect delivery in about 8 to 17 business days total, depending on your location.
4. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact us first to request a return authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
5. How can I track my order? As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. The carrier will be either USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the package size and destination. Use the link in the email to follow your package from our dock to your door.
6. Do you offer any guarantees on your lures? We stand behind the quality of our gear. If you receive a lure with a defective hook or split ring, we will replace it or refund you, even beyond the 7-day window. We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or fish that straighten a hook, because that can happen to anyone.
7. How do I choose between a bucktail and a glide bait? Bucktails are great for covering water and triggering reaction bites, especially in low light or stained water. Glide baits are best for targeting suspended fish or when you need a slow, deliberate presentation. If you are not sure, email us with your lake conditions and we will send you a recommendation.
8. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped yet. If you need to cancel, email us right away with your order number and we will make it happen. After 24 hours or if your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
